Erika

Erika

Erika’s passion for weddings started at Troy University in Alabama where she pursued her degree in Hospitality and Event Management. This career path highlighted her natural skills and personal qualities (a perfect marriage between work and play, if you will). Erika moved to Chattanooga with her husband in 2019, and she first joined Wildflower as an intern in 2020! What began as a casual side gig turned into a platform for long-term career growth! She loves being involved in the local event scene, connecting with new people, and soaking in new experiences!

She believes she is truly making an impact on her clients that will last a lifetime, which amplifies the true importance of being a wedding planner. Getting to witness the pure love and joy felt by the bride, groom and their families on wedding day is worth all the work that goes into making sure every detail is taken care of. Ultimately, the wedding is an event that will come and go, but the marriage is the true gift from God that is worth the real investment and celebration.

She loves the sentimental touches (Erika is a big softy!); unique details (Erika loves to work with brides who add personal touches and try new things!); connecting with other vendors (everyone working together seamlessly is just the best feeling!); and the vows (nothing is sweeter than that promise to love your person forever and ever!).

When Erika isn’t working, you can find her hanging out with her family or friends, cooking or baking up a storm in the kitchen, or watching Netflix. In fact, she often says her life revolves around three things: Faith, Family and Food! If those things are involved, count her in!
